The Invitation to Be Still

Reflection

Peace begins not with fixing your circumstances, but with acknowledging who God is in the middle of them. Today, the invitation is simple: be still. Not lazy — still. Let your mind settle. Let your heart exhale. God is not asking you to have all the answers. He is asking you to trust the One who does.

Prayer

Lord, quiet my heart today. Help me to be still, even when everything around me is moving fast. Remind me that You are God, and that I can trust You with what I cannot control. Amen.

Set a timer for 5 minutes. Sit in silence. No phone, no music. Just breathe and be still.
