Praying in the Spirit

Understanding this phase
When you pray in the Spirit, you bypass your mind and let your spirit communicate directly with God. Your spirit knows exactly where the damage is. It has already assessed God's will for you.
When you start praying in the Spirit, you bypass all this crazy stuff going on in your head. Your spirit knows exactly where the damage is, it knows exactly what the problem is, it has assessed you, it has assessed God's will, it knows what God's will is for you. It doesn't have to pray "if it be thy will" — the spirit already knows what the will is. Building up yourselves on your most holy faith, praying in the Holy Ghost.

Example prayer
Holy Spirit, I yield my mind to You right now. I don't have the words — but You do. I don't know what to pray — but You know exactly what I need. Pray through me. Build me up on my most holy faith. Bypass my fears, my doubts, my limited understanding. Let my spirit communicate directly with the Father. I trust the part of me that is already complete in Him.
